A bi-monthly lunchtime gathering structured like an “open mic” forum where members have the opportunity to share challenges, solicit feedback, share resources, and give advice.
NEW MEMBER GATHERING
A morning meeting held four times a year for new members who joined within the past three months. This gathering is a great opportunity to learn more about what is going on with you and your business and share information about some of the new programs and happenings at IGC.
KEEPING ON TRACK
Accountability Group: A great way to build structure and accountability for you and your business. Participants will consistently meet with a group of business owners and help one another set and achieve goals, prioritize, stay focused and motivated, gain feedback and ideas and in general keep each other moving in the right direction! Each group will include 8 participants and meet bi-weekly for about 3 months.
COCKTAILS & CONVERSATION
A quarterly mixer with the IGC community! See familiar faces and meet new members. Make new connections, join a great conversation and have a nice glass of wine. These are often co-hosted with other groups.
REAL DEAL SERIES
A series of candid conversations about business topics that are important, sometimes elusive, and often difficult to get honest information about. Each event features a panel of candid experts who are willing to share real information and answer your questions. Topics include: PR, online marketing, SEO, raising capital and more!
inFOCUS
A new initiative designed to help you learn from engage with interesting businesses and sage entrepreneurs. This monthly series spotlights an interesting business outside of the IGC membership in a variety of ways including; emails, blog posts, lunch seminars, field trips, and podcasts.
IN GOOD COMPANY CONVERSATIONS
A bi-annual evening event where we invite a local female entrepreneur who is building a compelling, innovative and successful businesses. The format is designed to showcase the entrepreneur “unplugged” so members can candidly meet the women behind the business and have an opportunity to learn from their experiences, decisions, mistakes and defining moments.

Monthly events that showcase IGC members. Each spotlight event features a member who facilitates a 2 hour workshop about her business or practice area. We give you the space and the audience, you provide the content!
THE “DR.” IS IN
A free opportunity for members to share their expertise with the community, make connections and generate new business! Each month we will have members provide a "Lucy in Peanuts" style consultation to other IGC members.
MEMBER AFFINITY GROUPS
Member-led on-going groups. The meeting format is a mix of guest speakers, facilitated topics, and open mic.
MOM/BUSINESS OWNER
A quarterly gathering to discuss the challenges unique to having dual roles as moms and business owners.
LOOKING AT SIXTY
Monthly gathering for members who want the support of a professional peer group who can share, discuss, and brainstorm topics and issues that are unique to women entrepreneurs who are approaching 60, or are on the other side of it.
HEALTH & WELLNESS GROUP
A quarterly gathering for members whose businesses are holistic in nature. Speakers are invited to present and teach ways to run a business and live lives in ways that are balanced, creative and successful.
BOOK CLUB
A business book club and workshop that encourages you to apply new learning and ideas to your business.
1-TO -1 GROUP
A monthly group designed for members who consult and coach on an individual basis and have to navigate all that goes along with those kinds of client relationships.
CONSULTING TO ORGANIZATIONS
A quarterly gathering that provides a forum for members to discuss the challenges and decisions unique those who provide services to larger companies and organizations.
SOCIAL MEDIA GROUP
A monthly meeting for those interested in learning about and improving their social media campaigns.
